Our normal working hours are 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, but will work out of hours when required, e.g. if your server needs updating then we will do this our of hours for no extra cost.
We also monitor your device for issues including patch management for Microsoft Windows/Office & Anti-Virus definition updates.

We can supply the traditional fixed contract approach to your ICT maintenance infrastructure.
Each item of equipment is covered on an annual basis at an agreed response level for a fixed cost. This allows you to fix the cost of your ICT equipment and eliminates any unforeseen bills.
We also have a loan facility which ensures that if a repair cannot be achieved within the specified time, a replacement will be installed to minimise downtime. This means that our customers opting for the maintenance agreement can benefit from complete peace of mind.
We can come to your site and take any of your old IT equipment away and provide a certificate of destruction.

Depending on the age of the equipment, we can also buy the equipment from you at an agreed price.
