ThinkTech Systems started over thirty years ago doing what most IT companies still do, fixing things when they broke. The work has changed a great deal since then. Today we run IT as a managed service, keep businesses secure, and build the websites and web apps that win them work.
The shift from break-fix to a full managed partner happened because it is simply better for clients. Fixing problems after they happen is stressful and expensive. Monitoring, maintaining and securing systems so problems are rare is calmer and cheaper, and it is how we work now.
What makes us different is the combination. Most IT companies cannot build you a website. Most web agencies cannot pen test your network or take you through ISO 27001. We do both, which means one accountable partner who understands your whole setup, from the code on your site to the firewall on your network.
We are based in Hertfordshire and work across Essex and London, with people who answer the phone and remember your name. Our roots are local and most of our clients come through word of mouth, which keeps us honest.
How we work is simple. We audit what you have, agree a clear plan with fixed pricing, do the work with minimal disruption, then manage it so it stays fast, secure and reliable. We keep things plain and we are straight with you about what is worth doing and what is not.
